Angelbird has just released a new batch of ruggedized AV PRO microSD cards aimed at users in need of a more durable memory card with better safeguards against extreme conditions and harsh production environments.
According to Angelbird's specs, the AV PRO cards are designed to capture high-bit-rate video at up to 6K resolution and deliver consistent read speeds up to 100 MB/s and write speeds up to 90 MB/s.
The cards are also touted as being extremely rugged, able to resist shock, x-rays, moisture, and high temperatures. Additional performance safeguards include Angelbird’s Stable Stream technology, which ensures write speeds won’t be throttled or otherwise dropped during continuous video recording.
The Angelbird v30 series microSDXC cards are available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB capacities. An adapter to switch between microSD and SD UHS-II is included.
